Once you purchase access to The Known Club, you have access right away. Because of that, we don't offer refunds or cancellations after payment, even if you change your mind or find that the course isn't right for you. 

All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of whether you complete your purchase. Likewise, payment plans must be completed, even if you no longer want to access the course. Choosing not to complete a payment plan will result in action to collect the outstanding balance.

This applies whether you have purchased The Known Club course to complete as a self-paced course, or as part of a cohort, and regardless of whether you have attended live calls, consumed course materials, or engaged with the community
